The National Institute of Health (Istituto Superiore di Sanità - ISS), through the Italian National Blood and Transplant Centres (Centro nazionale sangue – CNS, Centro nazionale trapianti – CNT), together with the Joint Tenderer Zadig and in collaboration with a team of external tutors, have been granted the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of training courses addressed to European inspectors, assessors and vigilance officers in the field of blood and blood components, tissues and cells (BTC) and organs.
This 36-month initiative is named SIGHTSoHO − strengthening overSIGHT through training and networking in the field of Substances of Human Origin − to express the importance of all the overSIGHT activities in the field of SoHO.
